1. Acceptance of terms

   By accessing or using ChainRider, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

   You must be legally permitted to use blockchain services in your jurisdiction and be of legal age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring ChainRider is allowed where you operate.

3. License and acceptable use

   We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use ChainRider for personal or authorized business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use ChainRider to develop competing services. Do not use ChainRider to facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful activity.

4. Wallet connections and custody

   ChainRider does not hold or control your assets. You alone approve and sign transactions through your wallet provider. We never request your private keys or seed phrases, and you must keep them secure.

5. Risk disclosures and no advice

   Blockchain interactions are risky and can result in loss of funds. ChainRider provides security insights and simulations but does not guarantee detection of every threat, nor does it provide financial, investment, or legal advice. You make all final decisions and assume all risk.

6. User responsibilities

   You are responsible for verifying recipient addresses, contract authenticity, and transaction details before signing. Maintain secure devices, update your wallet software, and use ChainRider alerts to inform (not replace) your judgment.

7. Third-party services

   ChainRider may interact with RPC providers, block explorers, price or metadata services, and threat intelligence sources. Those services are not controlled by Vyrnox and may change or experience downtime. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

8. Privacy

   Your use of ChainRider is also governed by the ChainRider Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data when delivering scam prevention features.

9. Disclaimers

   ChainRider is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of risk scores, or prevention of all scams. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyrnox is not liable for lost profits, lost assets, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ChainRider. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to access ChainRider in the six months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vyrnox, its officers, employees, and partners from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of ChainRider or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to ChainRider at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately.

13. Governing law and venue

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vyrnox is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If mandatory local law grants you additional protections, those protections prevail. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
